How to Listen & Subscribe to the Edtech Take Out on Android

Picture
There are many apps that will let you listen to podcasts on Android phones and tablets, but perhaps the easiest one to get started with is the one that is already on your device, the Google Podcasts app. Here's what you need to know.

1. Find the orange and yellow Google Podcasts app on your device and tap it to open it
2. Tap the Search bar at the top of the screen
3. Search for The Edtech Take Out
4. On the next window, tap +Subscribe

That's all there is to it! Once you are subscribed, the Google Podcasts app will automatically download the last 3 episodes, and any future episodes, as soon as they are released. You will even receive a handy notification when new episodes are available.

To listen to previous episodes, search for The Edtech Take Out and tap play to stream the episodes that you would like to listen to, or tap the download arrow to download the episiode for listening offline.

If you have any questions about how to subscribe to the Edtech Take Out Podcast, please email Jonathan Wylie - jwylie@gwaea.org - for more help and information.

Other podcast apps are available in the Google Play Store. Alternative podcast players include:
  • PocketCasts
  • DoggCatcher
  • Podcast Addict
