Top 5 Take-Aways: A New PD Model

  1. Differentiation of PD topics and levels allows for teachers to choose their own adventure during professional development sessions.  Attend a session that will help you grow and best fits your needs!
  2. During these days, we are able to learn from others.  Other GWAEA consultants presented: Julie King (Assistive Tech session) and  Beth Swantz (research tools session) and shared some great resources as well!
  3. We were inspired by dynamic educational leaders - Jeff Dicks, Jo Prusha, Ryan Wise.
  4. Mindy got to work with Amy Allen, listening to her talk about Class Dojo and how it works in her classroom was very insightful.
  5. Working and planning as a team is something we really enjoyed and look forward to continuing!

Mindy's Edtech trend to keep an eye on in 2016 is 360 Video!  Sylvia Duckworth blogs about her experiences.
