Thanks for this great podcast! I wanted to share an extension my principal recently shared with me. It's called Boomerang for Gmail, http://www.boomeranggmail.com/. Once installed, it allows you send an email at a later date, set a reminder to check on a received email, set up email follow-up reminders. It's available in the Chrome web store and works on iOS and Android.

I'm pretty excited about it! For example, I wanted to send out a survey right before February break because I finally finished created the survey and I wanted to send it, close the tab and be done with it! But, right before February break is a TERRIBLE time to send a survey if you want any teachers to actually complete it! So, I created the email to send out in the future and checked it off my list!
